David Ariew

David Ariew is an American 3D artist, known for his captivating abstract animations, built from 3D infinite mirror rooms, creating a meditative and peaceful feeling for the viewer. 

With a degree in neuroscience, Ariew began his career at UVA, mapping the brain of the common fruit fly. However, he quickly realised his passion lay elsewhere. His background spans the music and film industries, where he spent three years working on touring visuals for Dave Matthews Band, which ultimately steered him towards a career in 3D motion design.

He designed two of the three Beeple x Madonna NFTs and exhibited his work at Beeple's grand opening. His visuals have been displayed at The Sphere, and he was also an artist for Pak’s ASH II drop. A still image from Ariew’s Fractal Monarch appeared on the cover of Tatler China, becoming the first NFT to do so on a Chinese magazine.

On the music scene, Ariew has collaborated with top artists including Katy Perry, Zedd, Calvin Harris, Keith Urban, Morgan Wallen, Drake, Travis Scott, Megan Thee Stallion, Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey, and Deadmau.

He is also an esteemed educator in the 3D community; his tutorials and courses have been instrumental in training thousands of digital artists.
